Refund policy

Merchandise purchased online in original condition with packaging and tags attached, are eligible for a return for a full refund or exchange if postmarked within 10 days of receipt of order. After 10 days, all sales are final. No price adjustments. Swimwear, jewelry, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns Authorization

Please email info@lastresortla.com for Return or Exchange Authorization. Always include your order number and full name to facilitate a quick response from our support team. We will not accept items received without Authorization. Please allow 3–5 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Last Resort reserves the right to deny any exchange or return if the merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Return for store credit will be issued electronically. Last Resort is not responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
